Standard Delivery
All standard UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and will be with you within 1-3 working days - deliveries are from Monday to Saturday. Please note during busy periods it may take a little longer for your delivery to arrive. ROKA London is not liable for lost packages when the shipping address is incorrectly provided at checkout.
UK Next Day Delivery
We use DPD Next Day Delivery for next-day deliveries. Orders must be placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm to receive your parcel the next working day with deliveries Monday to Friday only.
Next-day delivery isn’t available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland. It also isn't available on Bank Holidays, any orders received over a UK Bank Holiday weekend will arrive the next Wednesday.
Please note: During busy periods (ie. Christmas, Black Friday, Bank Holidays) we cannot guarantee Next-day delivery so we may temporarily remove this option.

For the destinations listed below, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means your order should arrive with no additional charges to pay on delivery.
