Office at nine. Drinks at seven. Abbey was designed because one bag should be able to do both. It looks like a beautifully relaxed puffy shoulder bag, but inside it’s doing some serious work: a padded sleeve for laptops up to 15", two bottle holders and zipped pockets. Made in our weather-resistant Puffy Taslon with quilted Silk Floss, it’s soft and lightweight with serious space without losing its shape.

UK Returns

You can return or exchange any unused item within 45 days of receiving your order. Items need to be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • FREE returns for exchanges and refunds to a gift card
  • Refunds to your original payment method have a £3.95 postage fee, which is taken off your refund
  • No postage charge for damaged or faulty items

Start your return through our Returns Portal using your order number and email address. Once we receive your item, refunds are usually processed within 1-3 days.
