UK Returns

You can return or exchange any unused item within 45 days of receiving your order. Items need to be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • FREE returns for exchanges and refunds to a gift card
  • Refunds to your original payment method have a £3.95 postage fee, which is taken off your refund
  • No postage charge for damaged or faulty items

Start your return through our Returns Portal using your order number and email address. Once we receive your item, refunds are usually processed within 1-3 days.

How many compartments does the Carnaby Wallet have?

The Carnaby has three organised sections, all secured beneath one main zip. This makes it easy to separate cards, money and smaller valuables while keeping everything together in one compact wallet.

Is the Carnaby a good travel wallet?

What is the difference between the Carnaby and Carnaby XL?
